Sanlian AY/ASP5080 type oil pump is improved and developed based on the original Y type oil pump.The pump absorbs the advantages from the same products home and abroad,and it has the features of original Y type oil pump.What's more,it is improved more in the sealing,cooling and the stability of installation,which greatly improves the reliability of product.Its installation dimension is the same as the original Y type oil pump,and can replace Y type oil pump.
Sanlian AY/ASP5080 type oil pump is used to transmit petroleum,liquefied petroleum gas that does not contain solid particles.For the radial section of pump casing,it is especially used to transmit liquid that is high temperature,high pressure,combustible,explosive or toxic.
Chemical industry etc.
(1) Sanlian AY/ASP5080 type single,two stage oil pump has single suction cantilever type,single stage double suction cantilever type,single stage double suction and two stage double suction both sides supporting type,two stage single suction both sides supporting type etc.
(2) AY/ASP5080 single,two stage oil pump casing is radial split,especially applied to transmitting liquid that is high temperature high pressure,combustible,explosive or toxic.Balancing-type mechanical seal is applied on the shaft seal.There is alternative water-cooling cavity outside of shaft seal cavity,and according to user's using status,the water-cooling cavity shall be used when transmitting medium like water with its temperature over 66ºCand transmitting hydrocarbon with its temperature over 150ºC.There are balancing holes on the impeller to balance axial force,and excellent hydraulic model is used with the efficiency of pump improved.
(3) Three kinds of bearing box are 45,55,70,and there is a set of radial ball bearing and a group of back-to-back installed angular contact bearings installed in the bearing box.Thin oil lubrication is used by the lubricating ring.Outside of bearing box is cooling fin,and air cooling can be chosen(T<120ºC),fan cooling(T=120ºC-260ºC)and water cooling(T=260ºC-420ºC),the gas can purge at the shaft seal,so the reliability of product is improved,and the using range of product is broadened.
(4) Flexible diaphragm type lengthened coupling is used,so there is no need to dismantle suction or discharge pipeline when maintaining,and impeller,shaft,bearing and other parts are easy to be dismantled.Pump rotates anticlockwise from the direction of prime motor.
(5) Sanlian AY/ASP5080 type multistage centrifugal oil pump is radial split segmental structure.The tension bolts connect the suction section,middle section and discharge section to be a whole part.Pump rotor is composed of shaft and balancing disc(drum) and other parts that are installed on the shaft.Axial force is balanced by balancing disc,balancing drum and thrust bearing.
Bearing:Radial sliding bearing or radial ball bearing is used;Thrust bearing uses angular contact ball bearing to balance residual axial force.Water cooling shall be used for all the cooling of bearing.
Shaft seal:Mechanical seal is used according to user's demand.
Transmission:Driving is proceeded through the flexible diaphragm coupling driven directly by the prime motor.The pump rotates anticlockwise from the direction of prime motor.
Pipeline system:Cooling water is used according to the medium temperature and using requirements,and shaft seal cavity,bearing or pump support etc.Shall be cooled.For the water volume,each pipeline is advised to use 0.3m3/h,pressure is 0.2-0.3Mpa.Sea flushing is decided by transmitted medium temperature,pressure and working condition.For each pump cavity,its liquid volume is as the following list.
